Devil\'s Purge is going free-to-play and expanding its soundtrack

Author: Caleb Feb 21,2025

Devil's Purge, the adrenaline-fueled AR heavy metal shooter, receives a massive update! Prepare for even more intense music and the best part – it's now free-to-play!

Experience the first few levels of this over 60-level game and unleash your fury on the forces of Hell. This title, developed by Ontop, puts you in the heart of the action, battling demons and the Devil himself, all to a killer heavy metal soundtrack.

Previously hesitant? Now's the perfect time to dive in! The already impressive soundtrack expands, and the game transitions to a free-to-play model (a shareware approach, similar to Doom). Enjoy several initial levels for free, with the option to unlock the full game via purchase.

Devil's Purge isn't your typical stand-and-shoot AR game. Active movement is key to dodging attacks and exposing enemy weaknesses. Forget Pokémon Go; this is a full-throttle demon-slaying experience.

ytAnnihilate the Enemy! This update boasts a wealth of new tracks from independent metal artists like Avesso, Visceral, Zero Massive, Tales for the Unspoken, and many more, adding to the already electrifying soundtrack. With over 60 levels and a customizable combat system (using resources from previous playthroughs), the time to conquer Hell is now!

The free-to-play update launches today! Download Devil's Purge on the iOS App Store.
