GameHouse has added a new game to their popular Delicious series, taking us back to the very beginning of Emily’s culinary journey. In Delicious: The First Course, we see Emily before the wedding, before the kids, and before her restaurant empire—experiencing her early days as a waitress and the challenges that shaped her into the renowned chef we know and love.
For those unfamiliar with the Delicious series, it's a time-management cooking game similar to Diner Dash, but with a richer storyline following Emily's progression from waitress to restaurant owner. Since the first game's release in 2006, the series has expanded to over 15 titles, chronicling Emily's life, including Childhood Memories, True Love, Wonder Wedding, and many more, showcasing her romantic relationships, motherhood, and career juggling.
Delicious: The First Course offers a nostalgic trip back to the start, showcasing Emily's experiences in various restaurants that shaped her career. Players will manage customer orders, prevent dishes from burning, upgrade restaurants, and navigate the chaos of multiple simultaneous orders. The game features eight distinct restaurants, each offering diverse culinary experiences ranging from American comfort food to Indian and Mexican delights. Progress unlocks upgraded dishes, stylish decor, and additional staff to ease the workload.
