Get Ready for ARK: Survival Ascended's 2025-2026 Content Expansion!

ARK: Survival Ascended players have much to anticipate in the coming year and beyond. Studio Wildcard has unveiled a content roadmap packed with exciting additions and crucial improvements.

The ARK: Survival Ascended Content Roadmap (2025-2026):

This roadmap outlines the planned releases, including both free and paid content:

• March 2025: The highly anticipated Unreal Engine 5.5 update for ASA. This update will also include the ability to download DLC packs individually, reducing overall install size. Nvidia Frame Generation is also planned for smoother gameplay.
• April 2025: Free Ragnarok Ascended, a free Bison creature, and a new Fantastic Tame.
• June 2025: Launch of a new premium map (paid DLC). Further details on this map will be revealed soon.
• August 2025: Free Valguero Ascended, a community-voted free creature, and another Fantastic Tame.
• April 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 1 and Bob’s True Tales Part 1.
• August 2026: Free Genesis Ascended Part 2 and Bob’s True Tales Part 2.
• December 2026: Free Fjordur Ascended and a second community-voted free creature.

Beyond the scheduled content drops, players can expect multiple Fantastic Tames throughout 2026. Active community participation is encouraged for the community creature votes.

Addressing Key Issues:

Alongside new content, Studio Wildcard is prioritizing bug fixes based on community feedback. Top priorities include resolving creature spawning problems, enhancing battle rig functionality, addressing crashes, implementing general improvements, and patching exploits.
