What’s The Sims Planning for Its 25th Birthday?
In honor of its 25th anniversary, The Sims is rolling out a 25-day extravaganza of free gifts. That's right—25 free gifts, one for each day of the celebration. To snag these goodies, you'll need to log in daily because each gift is available for just 24 hours. This exciting event will run through the end of February 2025, featuring updates, rereleases, special events, and fresh content across the entire Sims franchise.
The Sims Mobile isn't missing out on the fun either. Starting March 4th, players can claim two free gifts just by logging in during the birthday week. Additionally, Electronic Arts has collaborated with Spotify to curate the ultimate Sims playlist, featuring iconic tracks that have graced the series over the years.
It’s a Blast from the Past!
The Sims FreePlay is taking players on a nostalgic journey back to the 2000s, complete with chunky flip phones, frosted tips, and velour tracksuits. To celebrate 25 years of The Sims, FreePlay is introducing two new live events: "The One with the Coffee Shop" and "Reality Island," both of which are a delightful throwback to the past. The Social Town update also brings new homes, a helicopter, and a museum filled with FreePlay history for you to explore.
