Dead by Daylight Welcomes Back 2v8 Mode with Resident Evil Collaboration

Dead by Daylight's thrilling collaboration with Resident Evil brings a chilling new 2v8 mode. This limited-time event pits iconic Resident Evil villains, Nemesis and Albert Wesker (aka The Puppeteer), against a team of beloved survivors: Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong. The action unfolds within the terrifying confines of the Raccoon City Police Station.

This unique pairing marks the first time Nemesis and Wesker have teamed up in this kind of gameplay. Each brings their signature brand of infection-based terror: Nemesis utilizes the T-Virus, while Wesker unleashes the power of Uroboros to hunt down survivors.

The 2v8 mode introduces a new layer of strategy with the addition of Resident Evil-inspired herbs. Survivors can use these for healing, while yellow herbs repair hooks. Even Killers can get in on the action, using herbs for temporary speed boosts.

Experienced Dead by Daylight players will notice significant changes. The traditional Power and Perk systems have been replaced by a new Class System, adding a fresh strategic dimension for both Killers and Survivors.
