• Android Device: Requires Bluetooth 4.0 or later (supporting Bluetooth Low Energy technology) and Android 5.0 or later.

Compatible File Types

• JPEG, MP4, MOV
• Note: Original RAW files cannot be imported (they are resized to JPEG). MOV files and 8K movies shot with EOS cameras, HEIF (10 bit) and RAW movie files from compatible cameras, and AVCHD files from camcorders are not supported for saving.

Important Notes

• If the app does not function correctly, try restarting it.
• The app's performance is not guaranteed across all Android devices.
• When using a Power Zoom Adapter, ensure the Live View function is turned ON.
• If prompted by the OS for network confirmation when connecting to the camera, check the box to enable automatic future connections.
