In the farthest corners of the world, where magic pulses through the earth and sky, the game *Spirit Island* invites you to delve into an alternate history around A.D. 1700. Designed by R. Eric Reuss, this cooperative settler-destruction strategy game casts you as one of the Spirits of the land. Each Spirit wields unique elemental powers to protect their island from the encroaching colonial Invaders who spread blight and devastation. Alongside the native Dahan, your Spirits must harness their abilities to drive the invaders away in this intense area-control game.

*Spirit Island* offers an engaging experience right from the start, with free access to unlimited plays of the tutorial game. Dive deeper by creating custom games with up to 4 available Spirits and play through 5 full turns. Enhance your Spirits' capabilities with 36 Minor Power cards and unleash devastating effects on the Invaders with 22 Major Power cards. The game features a modular island, comprising 4 balanced island boards for diverse layouts, and thematic island boards that echo the canonical island, adding a fresh challenge to every session.

The game mechanics are driven by 15 Invader cards that fuel a unique Invader expansion system, and 2 Blight cards that introduce challenging effects as the island succumbs to blight. As you strike fear into the hearts of the Invaders, earn 15 Fear cards that provide beneficial effects. Every rule and interaction has been meticulously adapted and rigorously tested by expert players and the designer, R. Eric Reuss, ensuring a true-to-form experience.
