Royal Petrol

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

A Participant is any individual, aged 14 or older (with legal capacity to make small household transactions, as per Kazakhstani law), registered in the program and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information necessary for program registration. By completing the questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to data processing (in accordance with Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This includes advertising and informational mailings via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, and mail; automated data processing and database creation. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Site, located at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, provides program information.

The Mobile Application is Royal Petrol's software for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as per program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases at Royal Petrol stations.

The Program Participant's Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and displays the current balance.
