The NYS Management Residents' Private Site Management Application is designed to simplify the daily management tasks for residents, allowing them to handle numerous operations from the comfort of their homes. This application eliminates the need for frequent visits to the management offices by providing easy access to essential services and information.

With this user-friendly app, residents can effortlessly:

• View and manage their Personal Information such as Name, Surname, Phone, and more.
• Access Department Information including water and electrical installation numbers for their specific section.
• Check details of Resident Members living in their independent section.
• Manage and view their Vehicle List, including detailed information about vehicles registered to their department.
• Monitor Current Account Movements, including accruals, current debt status, and past payments.
• Make Online Payments for dues, heating, investment, hot water, and other expense items directly from their Site Management Account.
• Make Venue Reservations for common areas within the site.
• Access the Telephone Directory for contact information of key personnel and services like the Manager, Security Chief, and the Pharmacy on Duty.
• Submit Requests for Technical, Security, Cleaning, and Garden Maintenance services, complete with photos of any issues encountered.
• Participate in Surveys conducted by the site management to provide feedback and evaluations.
• View Bank Information related to the Site Management's bank account.
