If you're in need of a midweek pick-me-up, the launch of the highly anticipated 3D mecha RPG, E.T.E. Chronicle, might just be what you're looking for. Set to release on March 13th, which is tomorrow as of this writing, E.T.E. Chronicle will be available on both iOS and Android platforms.
In this game, you'll step into a near-future world where the nefarious Noa Technocrats Corporation poses a threat to humanity. As a commander of the Human Union, your mission is to lead a team of skilled female pilots who operate the powerful E.T.E mechas in a battle against the corporation, with the ultimate goal of saving the world.
One of the standout features of E.T.E. Chronicle is its dynamic combat system, which allows you to engage in battles across three different environments: land, sea, and air. This adds a strategic layer to the gameplay, as you command your mecha-piloting action heroines to victory in various settings.
**We. Dig. Giant Robots.** As a fan of anything oversized and mechanical, I'm definitely giving E.T.E. Chronicle a closer look upon its release. However, if you're expecting a mobile version of Armored Core, you might find E.T.E. Chronicle's pseudo-real-time battle system, where you lead a team of four characters, to be a bit different. Yet, if you're after mecha action with stunning graphics and a touch of gacha mechanics, E.T.E. Chronicle is certainly worth keeping an eye on.
