Crafting Gems: A Step-by-Step Guide

Gem crafting isn't immediately available. After joining Liu Bei's army in Chapter 1, visit an Inn. You'll receive a letter from Zhang Fei, introducing Gems and their raw material: Pyroxene.

Pyroxene is found throughout the game world as large, jewel-like formations. These spawn randomly, so explore diligently during your travels. Pyroxene can also be obtained through side quests, collecting Old Coins, and reading Inn letters.

Once you've gathered Pyroxene, return to an Inn to begin crafting. The crafting process is randomized. The number of Pyroxene used doesn't affect the outcome; the resulting Gem type is always random. However, a white glowing aura around a Gem in the crafting menu indicates that only that type of Gem can be created during that session.

Gem Leveling and Strategic Use
