VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The integrated My VIDA app accompanies the consumer throughout their ownership journey and beyond. It seamlessly connects to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, enabling remote control of various vehicle functions.

Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status information (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks powerful features such as remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. BLE connectivity allows for remote locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter pinging.

Furthermore, users can schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation in advance, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their ride to suit the terrain or their mood.
