Want to avoid walking straight into a rainstorm? Check our rain radar and rain graph before you step out, ensuring you stay dry and prepared!

The Buienradar app kicks off with either a 3-hour or a 24-hour rain radar forecast. The radar image displays whether rain is expected in the coming hours or the next day. Directly beneath the radar, you'll find the rain graph, which details the exact timing and predicted rainfall amount in millimeters. For a more detailed view of your city or town, simply tap the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.

The Buienradar app is compatible with Android phones and tablets. With the convenient widget featuring the rain graph, you can quickly check for upcoming rain without even opening the app!

Exciting news—the Buienradar Wear OS app is back! It allows you to view the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the upcoming hour. Expect more features to be added in the coming months. Note that the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store, supporting only wearables running Android Wear OS.

Access personalized weather information in the "Komende uren in" (Next 8 hours weather prediction) table for your preferred location, including international destinations. It provides hour-by-hour predictions for temperature, feeling temperature, rainfall in millimeters per hour, rain probability, and wind force in Beaufort.

Beyond the basic weather maps like thunderstorms, snow, sun, wind, and temperature, we also provide data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity, along with the exact times of sunrise and sunset for your area.

Our seasonal radar maps cater to different times of the year. In summer, use our pollen and mosquito radars to get timely notifications about when to set up your mosquito net. In winter, our snow radar keeps you informed about winter precipitation, and our ground temperature map warns you about night frost.

The "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast) offers a graphical weather forecast for the next 14 days. For a detailed view, click on the "Lijst" tab to access an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and daily averages for the following week.

Customize your experience in the "Meldingen" tab, where you can set up personalized rain alerts (free push notifications) tailored to your daily schedule and favorite locations, ensuring you're never caught off guard by rain or storms.

For an ad-free experience, consider our Buienradar Premium plan for €4,99. You can easily find this option in "Instellingen" ("Settings") and then select "Neem Buienradar Premium" (Get Buienradar Premium).

From this update, Buienradar Plus has been rebranded to Buienradar Premium! We've also made some minor improvements.
