What's the difference between 101 Çanak Okey and other Okey games?

The Bowl: A prize pot, built up at the start of each round by adding extra money based on the table's value. Winning by throwing an Okey or going double means you also win the bowl's contents, in addition to your regular winnings.

How to Play 101 Çanak Okey:

101 Çanak Okey is typically played with four players. Tiles are in four colors (red, black, yellow, blue) and numbered 1-13. Two joker tiles are included, for a total of 106 tiles. Tiles are dealt automatically; the player to the dealer's left receives 22 tiles, while others receive 21.

Players arrange their tiles into sets (at least three of a kind or three consecutive numbers of the same color).

The remaining tiles form a stock pile, with the top tile face up (the indicator tile). The Okey tile is the same number and color as the indicator tile.

The Okey tile can be used as a substitute for any tile. Finishing with an Okey doubles your score.

Tile Arrangement:

• Normal Order: Players arrange tiles into sets of at least three; two different set types are possible: sequences of the same color or sets of the same number in different colors.
• Pairs: Players arrange all tiles into pairs. With seven pairs, the player discards their last tile, ending the game.

Winning and Losing:

Normal finishes (without using the Okey as the final discard) deduct 101 points.
