This includes fines from TsAFAP, CDD city parking lots (Moscow AMPP, St. Petersburg GATI, and others). Data is sourced from GIS GMP, the Ministry of Internal Affairs' State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, State Auto Services, and DIT Moscow.
