IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored in the Troika card's memory. To add tickets to your card, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone.

The electronic purse feature allows you to choose the amount you wish to record (purchase) on your card.

We support over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (such as those for students).

Securely enter your payment card details within the app to reserve funds (rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us).

Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (refer to your device's user manual to locate it precisely).

Funds will only be charged from your payment card once the new ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
