This game is a third-person (and FPS mode) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a street champion, fighting crime in a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually set in New York. The story follows an anti-car thief in a dangerous urban environment.

Dominate the City: Use powerful military vehicles or upgrade your hero's combat skills to take down enemies. Prevent the city from descending into chaos through robbery and bloodshed. Are you ready for an epic anti-criminal adventure? Rob, kill, shoot, and fight criminals ninja-style! Steal cars, race through the streets, and gun down gangsters. Do you have what it takes to reach the top of the criminal underworld?

Explore and Conquer: Drive supercars and bikes, perform BMX stunts, and even pilot an F-90 tank or a devastating battle helicopter. Explore the vast city, go off-roading in the mountains, and engage in a variety of activities in this free open-world game.

Choose Your Path: Become a symbol of justice and law, or embrace the role of a destructive force. Purchase upgrades and items to aid in completing missions and liberating the city from the clutches of the mafia.

Unique Abilities: Utilize special powers, such as shooting laser beams from your eyes and using a grappling hook to climb buildings. Don't underestimate your powerful legs! Remember, the police are on your side.

Extensive Missions: Engage in a wide array of missions across various locations, from city streets to Chinatown and other gang territories. You're on a secret superhero mission to steal vital information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the Mafia underworld. Face off against star mafia gangsters from around the globe, including America, Russia, China, Mexico, and Japan.

Fully Open World: The game boasts a completely open-world environment.
