Wuthering Waves' Version 2.1, "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," is launching February 13th, bringing significant additions to the game. This update introduces new Resonators, weapons, explorable areas, and limited-time events, expanding the existing Ragunna City and its surroundings.

Two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, each with unique combat styles, are the update's highlights. Accompanying them are new weapons, including the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, plus the four-star Ocean’s Gift obtainable via a fishing event in the Riccioli Islands.

Exploration expands with the addition of the Vault Underground, a secure storage facility beneath the Sea of Clouds, and the Riccioli Islands, preserving Rinascita's ancient traditions. New story content, such as Brant’s Companion Story and the Silent as a Falling Leaf Exploration Quest, deepens the game's lore, introducing new challenges like the Rage Against the Statue and Aero Prism Echoes.

Several limited-time events are also planned. The "Old Man and the Whale" event offers a fishing expedition for rare catches, while "Apex Ragunna" ties into the Carnevale festival, unlocking new zones within the Water City. These events, along with available Wuthering Waves codes, provide ample opportunities for resource acquisition.

For combat enthusiasts, Tactical Simulacra III and Infinite Battle Simulation II offer structured challenges, while the Whimpering Wastes introduces a permanent high-difficulty combat area.
