Parallel Experiment, the cooperative puzzle game from Eleven Puzzles, has a new Steam release date: June 5th. This date also marks the simultaneous launch on Android and iOS. Initially slated for a March release, the developers encountered unforeseen challenges, leading to a delay. However, this extra time allowed them to retain all planned features, including optional puzzles, additional mechanics, and the mobile version, ensuring a complete and consistent experience across all platforms. Cross-play will be available from launch.
Play as Ally and Old Dog, two detectives trapped in a twisted experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Solve over 80 interconnected puzzles requiring teamwork and communication, from deciphering codes and manipulating water flows to hacking computers and even dealing with a drunk NPC! The game's noir-inspired setting and comic book art style create an immersive and tense atmosphere.
Beyond the core puzzle-solving, you can enjoy retro-style cooperative mini-games like darts, claw machines, and match-three puzzles. Interactive dialogues with dynamically responding NPCs deepen the mystery, while opportunities to playfully annoy your partner (knocking on windows, shaking their screen, etc.) add a lighthearted touch.
Parallel Experiment boasts five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous game, promising a significantly richer cooperative experience. Visit the Steam page for more details. The game launches June 5th on Steam, Android, and iOS.
