What’s MageTrain Like?

Your role is crucial in deciding the order of your heroes since their abilities vary based on their position in the line.

At launch, MageTrain features nine heroes, each with distinct skills that change depending on whether they're leading the charge or supporting from the rear. One notable hero even hurls birds at foes! As you progress through eight varied dungeons, you'll encounter 28 different enemy types and can unlock 30 skills to enhance your team's capabilities. Along the way, collect gold and power-ups to bolster your chances of survival.

The roguelike nature of MageTrain ensures that no two runs are the same. You'll navigate branching paths, make critical upgrade choices, and aim to last as long as possible. Similar to games like Slay the Spire or FTL, there are no fixed levels, and you can't save your progress mid-run.
