The current system struggles to provide fair and timely reruns for all limited 5-star characters.

While the Chronicled Banner aimed to address this issue, its effectiveness is debated. Shenhe's lengthy wait for a rerun highlights the system's shortcomings. Until triple banners become a reality, extended waits between character reruns are likely to persist.
