The story begins with a classic villainous plot twist. Earth-212's heroes and villains, previously shrouded in mystery, are thrust into the spotlight by the sudden appearance of the Tower of Fate in Gotham City. Lex Luthor's creation of mutants—combining hero and villain powers—poses a significant threat. Defeating these monstrous creations unlocks new playable heroes.
