To find the Painter’s Regret treasure map, head to Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll explore in *Avowed*. The map is located within a house at the northeast end of Coastal Farms. You'll spot a large house positioned in front of a rock face. Before entering, be prepared to battle a group of enemies guarding the entrance.

How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed

As with many RPGs, accessing the house isn't as straightforward as walking through the front door, which is barred shut. After defeating the enemies outside, navigate to the right side of the house. You'll find a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Once inside, locate the large painting on an easel—that's your treasure map. Grab it, and you're set to embark on your treasure hunt.

With the map in hand, the treasure awaits on the western side of the river, southwest of Fior mes Iverno. Your reward for this quest is the Painter’s Brush unique trinket, which boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, enhancing your combat effectiveness in the Living Lands.
