Comics Icon Will Eisner Honored at Philippe Labaune Gallery Exhibition

The exhibition spans Eisner's career (1941-2002), including pages from The Spirit, New York: The Big City, and a near-complete presentation of A Contract with God: The Super. According to Labaune, Eisner's work revolutionized comics with its cinematic techniques, visual symbolism, and innovative page layouts. His contributions redefined storytelling in the medium.

The Will Eisner Exhibit opens Thursday, February 13th (6pm-9pm ET) and runs through Saturday, March 8th. The Philippe Labaune Gallery (534 West 24th Street, New York) is open Thursday-Saturday, 10am-6pm ET.
