CD Projekt Red's VP and Narrative Lead, Marcin Blacha, highlights the need for an "exceptional team" to bring Project Hadar to life, urging skilled developers to explore available positions.
Unlike the Witcher series (based on Andrzej Sapkowski's novels) and Cyberpunk 2077 (originating from a tabletop RPG), Project Hadar introduces a completely new universe crafted by CD Projekt Red. While specifics remain limited (excluding confirmation of it not being a space horror), the project's scope has significantly expanded from its initial twenty-person team.

Currently, the Hadar team is actively seeking programmers, VFX artists, technical artists, writers, and mission designers. The "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity" described by leading developers suggests a transition from early development to full-fledged production.
CD Projekt Red is simultaneously managing multiple projects. The largest team is focused on Project Polaris, the inaugural title in the new Witcher trilogy featuring Ciri. Additional teams are concurrently developing a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and another game within the Witcher universe.
