Malody V marks a significant milestone as a cross-platform music game simulator, developed by a passionate team of volunteers. Initially launched in 2014 with the Key mode, Malody has since evolved to support an impressive array of game modes including Key, Catch, Pad, Taiko, Ring, Slide, and Live. Each mode comes equipped with a comprehensive chart editor and online ranking system, and players can enjoy multiplayer sessions with friends online.

The transition from the original Malody to Malody V involved a complete overhaul, rewriting the game with a new engine. This update not only addressed over a hundred bugs present in the previous version but also enhanced key features such as the editor, user profiles, collections, and the music player.
