App for Drivers
This app enables drivers to efficiently manage and post various work-related information in conjunction with the company's Web Console, enhancing the accuracy and completeness of work data. The app includes the following key features:
Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)
This menu is designed for managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. Users can view their current location via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker menu, along with the locations where products need to be delivered. It also provides updates on delivery status.
Maintenance Menu
This feature allows for recording vehicle maintenance activities. Data and reports can be summarized through the Web Console, categorized into the following types:
- Refuel
- Maintenance/Service
- Vehicle condition checks
- Repair items
Mobile Tracker Menu
This menu tracks the driver's location using a mobile device, offering an alternative to traditional GPS devices. The app collects and stores GPS location data in the system while tracking is active, and allows users to disable data transmission. This data can be integrated with various menus such as the travel plan menu (TMS) and vehicle tracking menu. Users can also view data summaries or reports in different formats via the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker menu requires additional permissions for certain device features, including:
Continuous location access to request GPS location data without needing to open the app, enhancing usability.
Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION) to manage GPS data efficiently across different modes, conserving energy as follows:
- Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute, and every 5 minutes in Power Save Mode.
- Working: When walking, requests GPS data every 1 minute.
- In Vehicle: Sends GPS data every second for precise distance and speed tracking, but normally sends data every 1 minute.
Power Save Mode activates after being still for over 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting walking or vehicle movement.
Vehicle Tracking Menu
This menu displays real-time location data from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices and various work statuses. It also allows users to view historical data in various formats, including:
- Device information
- Notification settings
- Daily travel summary
- GPS movement data at specified time intervals
- Additional information from installed equipment such as MDVR, TPMS (if available)
Additionally, policies regarding data collection and usage can be accessed through the user account menu, which includes:
- Terms and conditions of use
- Personal information protection policy
- Cookie Policy
